Shipping Policy

At Moda Electric our service is personal and tailored to you, we personally deliver your purchase with a professional handover. Your bike will be delivered to your home or work, ready to ride with no assembly required.

We also use third party couriers for smaller items such as accessories.

If you are located outside of the UK Mainland (such as Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands), please contact us for a delivery quotation. 

 

Delivery 

For orders in stock, you should receive your purchase within 10 working days.

For customised/made to order or out of stock purchases, delivery is usually within 60 days. Please contact us before purchasing regarding delivery times.
