Who can ride?
If you passed you driving test before Feb 2001 you can ride the Milano on your driving license. After this date you will need a CBT.
For the Roma you will need a CBT, unless you purchase the 30mph version in which case you can ride on your driving license providing you passed before Feb 2001.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
Yes – you are required by law to wear a helmet
Do I need insurance?
Yes – you are required by law to have insurance while riding a moped or scooter.

Do I need a special charging point?
No – the batteries are removable, and you can either charge from a 3 pin plug socket in the comfort of your home or office. You also have the option to charge from the charging port on your moped.
Is there any road tax to pay?
No electric mopeds are free of tax and do no pay congestion or ulez charges
Will my moped fit in my motorhome?
Yes – More than likely it will fit. You also have the option to have a rack fitted to the back of your motorhome.
Is there warranty with my purchase?
Yes, our vehicles come with a 1 year warranty and our premium LG battery’s come with a 3 year warranty
Are electric mopeds fast?
Hell yeah! Customers are surprised how quick they are off the mark, keeping up with the traffic perfectly.

Compulsory basic training
What is a CBT?
CBT (Compulsory basic training) is a half day course, that you will need to take before you ride a moped or motorcycle on the road.
CBT is not a test that you pass or fail, it is more of an awareness course to give you the confidence to ride on the road.
Where can I take my CBT?

What are your delivery times?
For models in stock we aim to deliver within 10 working days. For customised mopeds or out of stock orders will be delivered in around 60 days.
How much will shipping cost?
£195. This excludes Scotland, please contact us for a quote. You also have the option to collect from us for free.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
