Orders and Returns

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel distance purchases within 14 days without giving a reason unless the product is a custom order / bespoke order or has been personalised for you.
If you’ve received your order and are still not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund. To qualify for a refund, the following rules apply:
- All items must be returned within 14 days.
- All items must be returned in an as new condition and the vehicle unused
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All accessories, keys, and chargers must be returned in an as new condition
- If you have ordered a customised item(s) to your specific requirements, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or refund if you change your mind.
- In the case of registered road vehicles there will also be a 20% fee deducted from the refund as the vehicle can no longer be sold as new.
- The customer is responsible for any courier, postage, or collection fees involved in the return of the moped and/or accessories. If the customer is unable to organise a courier, a collection can be arranged with Moda. The collection costs incurred by Moda will be deducted from the refund total.
- the product will be thoroughly checked upon its return, and only then will a refund be authorised. Should the moped have been ridden, used on a road, show any visible signs of wear, mileage, or have incurred any physical damage, we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.
- We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items.
- If a bike is delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of its receipt. Should you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt, we will not be liable for the cost of any replacement parts or bike.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only within 10 working days
